The Denver Mayor's Office for Education and Children (MOEC) has funding available to improve the quality of care and school readiness for children, ages birth to 12. Quality improvement funding and coaching is available for providers of childcare and before- and after-school care to low-income families who are located in the City and County of Denver.

Exempt, family, and center-based childcare providers located in the City and County of Denver who have a fiscal agreement with the Denver Department of Human Services to provide childcare and/or before- and after-school to low-income families and licensed providers in good standing with licensing are eligible for this program.
