Denver Preschool Program

The Denver Preschool Program (DPP) is the result of a voter approved initiative to provide tuition credits for parents and quality improvement grants to preschools. DPP is open and voluntary for all Denver children the year before they are eligible for kindergarten. A Denver family may use the tuition credit with any preschool provider who is licensed by the state and has a contract with the Denver Preschool Program, regardless of where that provider is located. Parents can download information and application forms from the website.

Colorado Preschool Program
The Colorado Preschool Program (CPP) is offered for three- and four-year-old children and their families who can benefit from a comprehensive early childhood development and family program. Children enrolled in CPP receive many of the same services that are provided for Head Start families, including snacks and health screenings and treatment. Numerous family services are also available, such as parent education programs, the opportunity to participate on advisory councils, information and referral services, and extensive parent involvement.
