DESCRIPTION:This is a 3-part series: \n\n\nSession 1: Tuesday January 28 from 6:30-8:30pm\n\n\nSession 2: Tuesday February 4 from 6:30-8:30pm\n\n\nSession 3: Thursday February 6 from 6:30-8:30pm\n\n\nIn this three-session series\, we will define the concept of leadership\, describe various leadership styles\, and list and explain the emotional intelligence competencies that support a healthy and efficient leadership: self-awareness\, self-management\, social awareness\, and relationship management. We will distinguish between leadership by position or by choice; and discuss the leadership roles of those attending the session. \nTraining is FREE for staff of participating Denver Preschool Programs\, and $15 for all other program staff.
