Participants will learn how to build strong performance foundations through effective recruitment\, onboarding\, and regular 1-on-1 meetings. The session covers key elements of staff performance management\, including performance tools\, goal setting\, delivering quality feedback\, and linking performance to remuneration in an equitable way.
