DESCRIPTION:Many young children ages 3-5 can recite the calendar without ever understanding how time works. This practical session shows why the traditional monthly grid works against early learners and how a simple linear calendar makes time visible\, sequential\, and countable. Grounded in classroom research\, you’ll get age-by-age routines for preschool through first grade\, a focused five-minute daily practice\, construction tips\, and ready-to-use activities that turn your calendar into an all-day math tool. Walk away with strategies you can put in place right away.
