DESCRIPTION:This new addition to the series focuses on helping child care leaders address employee performance concerns with clarity\, consistency\, and confidence. Participants will learn how to balance supportive coaching with appropriate corrective action\, communicate expectations effectively\, document concerns professionally\, and reduce risk while maintaining positive staff relationships. By using a structured and development-focused approach\, child care programs can strengthen accountability\, improve staff morale\, support employee growth\, and create a more consistent\, high-quality environment for children and families. \nThis training is FREE for participants that work in a Denver Preschool Program participating Center/Program\, and $20 for all others. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRegister here \nPAY here
