SUMMARY:ENGLISH - Foundations of Early Math: Play-Based Teaching for Preschool
DESCRIPTION:Preschools ages 3-5 spend as little as 5% of the day on math versus 45% on literacy. This session helps preschool teachers turn everyday routines like snack\, blocks\, transitions\, and play into meaningful math moments. Participants will learn simple\, hands-on strategies\, questions\, vocabulary\, and planning tools they can use right away—without worksheets\, scripted drills\, or extra time. \n*This course supports the UPK quality standard of aligning curriculum and instruction with the ELDGs and CAS \nParticipants who attend and actively participate in this training will receive a certificate of completion for 2 credit hours aligned with the Teaching Practice competency in Colorado Shines. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRegister Here \n
