SUMMARY:FFN Community of Practice: Learn\, Share & Lead [ENGLISH\, SPANISH\, ARABIC & DARI]
DESCRIPTION:This sessionwill be in english with Spanish\, Dari\, and Arabic interpretation available. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe FFN Community of Practice is a new opportunity for FFN caregivers to learn directly from one another in a supportive\, peer-led environment. FFN caregivers will have opportunities to share their knowledge\, demonstrate practical strategies\, and talk about real-life experiences that can support others in their caregiving work. Caregivers can participate by presenting\, sharing\, asking questions\, observing\, or simply learning alongside their peers. FFN facilitators will also have opportunities to build their leadership and training skills with support from a career coach and professional development resources. At its core\, the Community of Practice is about FFN caregivers learning from other FFN caregivers—building confidence\, strengthening skills\, developing leadership\, and creating meaningful connections within the FFN community. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nNot sure if you are an FFN? \n\n\n\nAn FFN (Family\, Friend\, and Neighbor) provider is someone who provides informal\, license-exempt child care on a regular basis in an in-home setting for a child they already have a relationship with\, such as a grandmother caring for her grandchildren\, an aunt caring for a niece or nephew\, a family friend\, or a trusted neighbor\, etc. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRegister Here \n
