Coaching and Professional Services
“Coaching is a key strategy in effective professional development. It is a learning process based on a collaborative relationship that is intentionally designed to promote sustainable growth in the necessary attitudes, skills, and knowledge to effectively implement the best practices for the development of young children and their families.” – Colorado Coaching Consortium, October 2008.
As early learning programs across Denver work to grow and sustain their program quality, coaching is a critical link to support continuous improvement.
Denver’s Early Childhood Council is pleased to offer an array of Professional Services to support and strengthen the early childhood system.

Training – customized onsite training to support a variety of professional development goals (e.g. Pyramid Plus, Conscious Discipline, Safe Sleep)
Observations/Certification – our team holds many credentials and certifications aligned to quality goals (e.g. CLASS observations, CDA reviews, ERS observations)
Project Consulting – our team can support you to navigate the complexity of operating and/or expanding your child care facility (e.g. construction projects, financial and business plan consultation)
