Maureen Reid
Maureen, a Colorado native, joined the Council in 2017 as Director of Quality Initiatives, and in 2022 transitioned to executive leadership. She has a bachelor’s degree in Human Development & Family Studies from Colorado State University and a master’s degree in Management from the University of Colorado. Maureen’s professional experience began with Catholic Charities as a Team Leader for AmeriCorps in the Early Childhood Education Division, eventually leading to the ECE Director of Program Management and Quality Improvement.
She is responsible for grants management, supervision, and team development as well as strategic implementation of programs and services. Maureen and her husband spend their free time going to concerts, dining out, and traveling in between trips to the Denver Zoo and the pool with their two young sons.
