Session 3: Thursday February 6 from 6:30-8:30pm
In this three-session series, we will define the concept of leadership, describe various leadership styles, and list and explain the emotional intelligence competencies that support a healthy and efficient leadership: self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and relationship management. We will distinguish between leadership by position or by choice; and discuss the leadership roles of those attending the session.
Training is FREE for staff of participating Denver Preschool Programs, and $15 for all other program staff. To check if you work for a participating program, please look for your center here.
Attendees might be eligible to apply for the Director Achievement Awards totaling $325
