OUR COACHING AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
Coaching from Denver’s Early Childhood Council supports and strengthens your skills as a professional, the quality of your program, and the early childhood system overall.
COACHING
Fee-based onsite coaching to support a variety of professional development goals (e.g., curriculum and child assessment implementation, and Colorado Shines rating support, including support with the Environmental Ratings Scales, and more).
TRAINING
Customized onsite training to support a variety of professional development goals (e.g., Pyramid Model, Conscious Discipline®, Safe Sleep, and more).
OBSERVATIONS / CERTIFICATION
Our team holds credentials and certifications aligned to quality goals (e.g., CLASS observations, CDA reviews, ERS observations, and more).
PROJECT CONSULTING
Our team can support you to navigate the complexity of operating and/or expanding your child care facility (e.g., construction projects, financial and business plan consultation, and more).
SOCIAL EMOTIONAL FOCUS
We offer customized workshops, coaching, and consulting on evidence-based practices designed to reduce challenging behaviors and support positive interactions in the classroom or child care setting.
COACHING COSTS AND ACCESS
Coaching can also be accessed at no cost through participation in our Quality Initiatives Colorado Shines Quality Improvement and Denver Preschool Program. Coaching is also available at a discounted community rate. A coaching agreement must be signed to access services.
