Performance Management Part 2 – DPP Featured Director Series | English

This is Part 2 of the virtual Performance Management Bootcamp Denver Preschool Program (DPP) Director Featured Series. To receive a certificate of completion, you must register to and attend all 3 sessions. This session will cover various aspects of staff performance and elements to include, types of performance instruments, goal setting, quality feedback, and linking performance to remuneration in an equitable manner. Participants will receive a certificate of completion with the following competency: Early Childhood Center Planning and Leadership (ECCPL) .
