Classroom management can be a challenging thing to conquer, especially during the early years of teaching, or when your classroom group is so diverse you can’t seem to find any commonalities. What’s missing could be a culture within the classroom. Creating a culture within the classroom creates a set of norms, rituals, and language within the individuals involved, including the teachers, children, and families. This session discusses different strategies to implement when building the classroom community, and even further a classroom culture.
