In early childhood programs, some of the most challenging moments involve adult-to-adult communication. This 90-minute interactive session will provide practical tools and ready-to-use language for navigating uncomfortable and challenging conversations based on conflict resolution principles with coworkers, supervisors, and families. Participants will explore strategies for staying calm, de-escalating tension, communicating clearly, and moving conversations toward problem solving. Through guided practice and real-life examples, participants will leave with communication tools they can use right away to support professionalism, strengthen relationships, and create a more positive workplace environment.
This training is FREE for participants that work in a Denver Preschool Program participating Center/Program, and $20 for all others.
