This is a 2-part training series:

  • Part 1: November 11, 2026 from 6:30PM – 8:30PM
  • Part 2: November 18, 2026 from 6:30PM – 8:30PM

Part 2 of this 2-part interactive workshop helps early childhood educators strengthen preschoolers’ mathematical thinking through open-ended play and meaningful experiences. Participants will explore strategies for supporting counting, shapes, measurement, spatial reasoning, and problem-solving. They will also discover how nature can inspire mathematical exploration through observation, patterns, measurement, and hands-on discovery.

This training will be conducted in English with simultaneous Arabic interpretation available.

Participants who attend and actively participate in this training will receive a certificate of completion for 2 credit hours aligned with the Teaching Practices (TP) competency in Colorado Shines.
