QIM

The Colorado Shines Quality Improvement Module (QIM, QI Module) is used to manage Colorado Shines Quality Improvement grant applications, along with Minor Improvement and Emerging and Expanding Grant applications.

Child care providers: apply for Quality Improvement funding and submit spending records from your Colorado Shines Portal. Early Childhood Councils will track coaching hours and manage awarded funds for providers using the new QI Module. The QIM, or QI Module, is on CDEC’s Provider Hub.

IMPORTANT: it is recommended that you apply as soon as possible, as funding is limited and applications are reviewed on a first come, first served basis statewide.
