CAREER COACHING

Early childhood career coaching at Denver’s Early Childhood Council is primarily about workforce retention and recruitment. Our Early Childhood Career Coach is available for collaborative coaching and relationship-based support and guidance in:

  • PDIS accounts-audits and updates, credential applications, RMIs (Request for More Information), on-boarding support, and more
  • Colorado Shines Rating workforce support
  • Goal setting and navigating early childhood career pathways
  • Higher education – research and registration, scholarships and grants, traditional and alternative teaching licenses
  • Community benefits and financial services – assistance locating and applying for SNAP, Medicaid, mental health counseling services, budgeting, loan forgiveness, debt relief, and more
  • Employment services – resume writing, cover letters, locating programs, mock interviews, and matching professionals and providers when possible
  • Information and advice for those considering a career in the early childhood profession
  • Advocating for early childhood professionals encountering barriers

Our Early Childhood Career Coach is available to individuals for any of the above and to full programs for Colorado Shines rating support in the workforce area.
