Equity is a core value in early childhood education, but what does it actually look like in practice? This training explores what equity means in the context of early childhood programs and how it shows up in daily interactions, decision-making, and program systems. Participants will learn practical strategies for embedding equity into work with staff and families, and for creating environments where all children and adults feel supported and included.
This training is FREE for participants that work in a Denver Preschool Program participating Center/Program, and $20 for all others.
