ENGLISH – Managing Challenging Staff

Managing Challenging Staff helps early childhood leaders address performance concerns, navigate difficult conversations, and foster a positive workplace. Participants learn practical strategies for coaching employees, preventing disruptive behavior, managing their own reactions, and handling termination when necessary.

This training is FREE for participants that work in a Denver Preschool Program participating Center/Program, and $20 for all others.

Participants who attend and actively participate in this training will receive a certificate of completion for 1.5 credit hours aligned with the Professional Practice (PP) competency in Colorado Shines.
