ENGLISH – Building Strong Staff Performance: Session 2 of Performance Management Series

This session builds on the connection between staff recruitment, retention, and program quality by focusing on the practical tools leaders use to support strong staff performance. Participants will explore performance expectations, goal setting, meaningful feedback, and recognition practices that help employees grow while strengthening consistency, accountability, and quality across the program.

This training is FREE for participants that work in a Denver Preschool Program participating Center/Program, and $20 for all others.
