Rasha Alhlaichi

Rasha joined the Council in 2024 and has over 20 years of experience in early childhood education and project management, including a bachelor’s degree in Educational and Psychological Sciences and a master’s degree in Childhood Studies (Child Development).

She began her journey as an elementary school and early childhood teacher. During this time, she developed a deep passion for helping children thrive in positive, nurturing environments, gaining valuable insights into child development and effective teaching strategies. She has served as an Assistant Director, Director, and Education Coach, focusing on expanding teachers’ methods and ensuring that the curriculum supports the growth of every child.

Her career has been dedicated to coaching educators, developing innovative curricula, and enhancing programs to ensure the delivery of high-quality education. She is passionate about making a meaningful impact and supporting others in their growth. Outside of work, she is a proud wife and mother of two teenage boys, and her family is completed by their two beloved dogs. She takes pride in balancing a fulfilling personal and professional life.
