Part 1 of this 2-part interactive workshop helps early childhood educators support infants’ and toddlers’ mathematical development through intentional, playful, and sensory-rich experiences. Participants will explore foundational concepts such as number sense, patterns, and spatial awareness, with an emphasis on learning through movement, exploration, and everyday interactions. They will discover practical ways to incorporate sorting, comparing, and exploring objects into daily routines and environments.
