ENGLISH – Feedback & Challenging Conversations

Strong communication helps leaders build trust, address concerns, and guide teams through difficult situations. This session offers practical strategies for giving feedback and navigating challenging conversations. Early Childhood leaders learn about the effective strategies such as active listening, giving constructive feedback and giving clear expectations can promote emotional regulation and build respectful workplace communication.

This training is FREE for participants that work in a Denver Preschool Program participating Center/Program, and $20 for all others.

Participants who attend and actively participate in this training will receive a certificate of completion for 1.5 credit hours aligned with the Professional Practice (PP) competency in Colorado Shines.
