Reflecting & Strengthening Teamwork: Part 3 of Teacher PLC (Professional Learning Community)

Take time to reflect on family conferences and the experiences of the first few months of school. We’ll focus on strengthening relationships and communication with co-teachers, including how responsibilities are divided, how to address imbalances, and what additional support may be needed. We’ll also reflect on the strengths we value in our co-teachers and ourselves while discussing emerging classroom or school challenges.
PLC Training Series Achievement Awards: Teachers who attend all four Denver Preschool Program (DPP)-funded PLC sessions in this series may be eligible to apply for Achievement Awards totaling $290. To be eligible, teachers must work at a DPP Program in Denver County, be a lead or assistant teacher, and be exclusively assigned to a preschool classroom. Infant and toddler classroom teachers are not eligible.
