During this 3-part series, we will explore the neurology of stress and discover simple, practical strategies to strengthen the internal capacities that help us build resilience, increase happiness, and create a greater sense of calm in our minds and classrooms. Teachers will leave the series feeling refreshed and equipped with ready-to-use strategies to navigate the demands of the school year, support their well-being, and create a productive and enjoyable year for themselves and their students.
Participants who attend and actively participate in this training series will receive a certificate of completion for 6 credit hours aligned with the Social-Emotional Health and Development Promotion competency in Colorado Shines.
