Finding Financial Wellness – Offer your staff Personal Budgeting 101
With inflation and increasing costs of living, your staff might be overwhelmed when it comes to personal finance. At Denver’s Early Childhood Council, we have created a beginning course in personal budgeting that we can offer your employees for an in-service session. A budget will help individuals prioritize spending and help them make wise financial decisions.
We will offer tips and tricks on how to fight budget anxiety, unwind, and live a balanced life. This training is available virtually or in-person. This one hour training will cover:
- What a budget is and how to create one
- Overcoming financial anxiety through budgeting and planning
- Creating both short and long-term goals
- How to borrow in a mindful way to avoid financial overreach
- And more!
If you are interested in this type of professional development for your staff, please contact Leslie Zirker at decctraining@gmail.com to schedule a training session.
